Where licensed or regulated services are required, you contract directly with appropriately licensed independent contractors and professionals. Gridless coordinates information and communication around those relationships, within the scope applicable law permits.
Gridless tracks documentation, budgets, communications, outstanding decisions and contractor-reported milestones, so you can see where the project stands without chasing anyone.
Final documents, warranties, manuals, approvals and other project records are collected and organized for you.
